SHIPPING POLICY

- I am currently only able to add US shipping options to the website.

- If you don't live in the US and are interested in my work, please contact me below or email me at info@gildedmothstudio.com and let me know. I am happy to try to make something work on an individual basis to get it to you! Thank you for understanding.

- Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and packing your already made orders.

- Please allow 4-6 weeks for pre-order production.

RETURN POLICY

 - If you are unhappy with your order and would like a refund, please email me at info@gildedmothstudio.com with your name and order number telling me you'd like a refund. - 

-You will then need to take your order to USPS or UPS, have them package it and mail it back to me at your own cost.  You will not be refunded these costs.

- Once I receive your undamaged order, you will be issued a refund for the order price minus a 15% restocking fee.

- Damaged or Incorrect Orders -

- If your order is damaged in shipping, please email me at info@gildedmothstudio.com with your order number and tracking information.

-Please provide evidence of the damage in the email.

- All orders are shipped fully insured so a claim will have to be filed with USPS if your order was damaged in shipping.

- If your order is incorrect please email me at info@gildedmothstudio.com with your order number telling me how it was incorrect.
